REFUND POLICY – Weavex Industries

In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.

1. Order Cancellation:

– Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

2. Refund Policy:

– Refunds are issued only for damaged/defective or wrong products.

– To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details.

– Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 6-8 business days.

3. Exchange Policy:

– Exchanges are offered only for defective items.

– Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
